How to cook Cream Penne

 Ingredients: 

100g Cooking Butter 

100g Onions 

200g Mixed Mushroom 

100ml 30brix veal Glace 

2g Parsley 

100ml Cream 

1pkt Penne Pasta Cooked 

2gr Grated Parmesan 

3springs Thyme Chopped 

How To: 

Step1: Melt 100gr butter and sauté chopped onions 

Step2: Add mixed mushroom and sauté 

Step3: Add cream, and adjust seasoning 

Step4: Add veal glace and reduce to desired consistency 

Step5: Toss with penne 

Step6: Add cheese and then serve
