How to cook Fusilli

-ingredients
-De Cecco extra virgin olive oil 25 G
-Chopped onions 35 g
-chopped garlic 5 g
-fresh ripe tomatoes chopped 250 g
-DeCecco passata rustica 100g
-Smoked bacon 50 g
-Italian basil 10 g
-Butter
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Sugar pinch
-in a cooking pan warm up the olive oil
-add onion and garlic plus bacon
-cook for several minutes.
-add the chopped tomatoes
-cook slowly for 30 minutes.
-Bring the sauce to boil
-Season with salt and pepper to taste
-Blend and strain the sauce
-in a cooking pan brown the butter and to the tomato sauce
