How to cook Gnocchi

Ingredients
- Dececco Gnocchi 120g
- Unsalted Butter 30g
- Garlic clove minced 1 pc
- Fresh sage 7 to 10 leaves
- Parmigiana Reggiano 5 g
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instruction
- in a cooking pot brings water to boil. Add salt.
- Cook the gnocchi until they float to the surface, 2 to 3 then Drain out the water.
- Meanwhile, in a cooking pan warm up the butter.
- Add the boiled gnocchi and season with salt and pepper to taste.
