STRIPLOIN BEEF Rosedale Charolais Angus
Charolais Angus cattle are grain-fed for at least 150 days and kept wet-aged for 30 days after slaughtered so that the meat has a unique characteristic flavour, tenderness and perfect for steaks. They are free from hormones and antibiotics. Rosedale won the awards for two consecutive years, guaranteed by the World Steak Challenge in 2018 & 2019.
